The client

AlignWell Chiropractic is a fictitional two–doctor practice in Amsterdam’s De Pijp district. They treat chronic back- and neck-pain patients who value quick, modern care and expect to book online just as easily as they order food.

The challenge

  • Outdated DIY Wix site took 5 + seconds to load and forced patients to call or email for an appointment.
  • Only 9 online bookings per month and a 24 % no-show rate because there was no deposit or reminder system.
  • Competing clinics ranked higher in Google Maps and flaunted 100 + reviews, eroding AlignWell’s credibility.

The goal

Launch a conversion-driven, mobile-first site in 14 days that:

  1. Generates ≥ 30 paid adjustments in the first 60 days.
  2. Cuts no-shows below 10 %.
  3. Lifts Google Map visibility for “chiropractor Amsterdam”.

Community-Driven Visual Identity

To match FlowCore’s vibrant, female-led brand, we used a fresh, sporty aesthetic with blush-pink gradients, coral accents, and soft curves throughout. A looping video hero of women in motion paired with the headline “Find Your Core, Feel Your Power” created an instant emotional connection and embodied their community-focused energy.

Class Schedule Integration for Immediate Action

We embedded a dynamic Mindbody-powered carousel, allowing visitors to filter by class type and book instantly. Each card flips to reveal the instructor, level, and a short description—removing guesswork and encouraging quick decisions. This replaced the old “DM us to book” system, which caused friction and lost sign-ups.

Lead Magnet + Scarcity = Conversions

To convert browsers into buyers, we added a pastel countdown strip promoting a limited-time offer: “3-Class Starter Pack for €49 – Ends Sunday at Midnight.” Combined with a sticky mobile “Book Now” button and automated email follow-ups, this created urgency while building FlowCore’s list for future upsells.

The reimagined site is now set up to drive consistent bookings through clear messaging, live availability, and simplified user flow.
